We are taking order from now till 5/2/08. Orders coming after 5/2/08 will be subjected to availability.
If you or your friends are interested in placing your orders with us, kindly email the order form back to us and we will acknowledge your orders via email. Payment MUST BE done before 12/2/08 either via internet transfer or thru ATM transfer into our DBS saving account.

We are established since 1977. We started off as a wholesaler & exporter of fresh cut orchids and have over twenty years of experience dealing with Airlines, Tour operators and many other companies.
We ensure the freshest & cheapest orchids in town. That is because we grow our orchids in our very own nursery in Malaysia and would only cut it on the very day you order. Our orchids are packed neatly & beautifully in a handy box. It is definitely a perfect gift for friends and family
Currently, not only do we sell all types of flowers, we also do flower arrangements, floral baskets, hampers, opening stands, wreaths etc.

Placing Order
. All orders placed through phone must be followed by either a fax or an email.
. All confirmed orders would receive an "Order Confirmed" acknowledgement either via fax or email.
. Price quoted is nett & including delivery.
Delivery
. Deliveries are within Singapore only.
For gifts sending to islands (example: Sentosa) and some remote part of the mainland Singapore (example: Tuas), we will impose an additional $10 transport charge.
. For any urgent delivery, a nominal charge of $15 will be levied upon acceptance of the order.
Urgent orders will only be processed during our normal office hours. As such, we apologize for any inconvenience.
. Our florist is close on New Year Eve / New Year Day & the eve of Lunar New Year till 3rd day Lunar New Year. We are also closed on Public Holidays.

Change of Particulars
Any change of particulars (e.g. recipient's address, messages … etc.) must be make within 24 hours before delivery.
Recipient's address must be correct. In cases of re-send, we will charge a touch up and re-delivery fee of $15.00 in addition to the original selling price.
Cancellation of Order
Cancellation of order must be made 24 hours in advance before the delivery time. Failing which, a cancellation fee of 50% of the selling price is chargeable.
Substitution
. We reserve the right to amend the prices listed on special occasions, for example, Valentine's Day, Lunar New Year etc.
. Any floral component used in floral arrangements presented in our brochure/website could be subjected to seasonal availability. When an item is not available, we will offer you a substitute of equal or higher value.
. Fresh Fruits is dependent on seasonal availability. We will carefully hand pick all our fruits at their freshest stage for your recipient
